About Anarchy 2
Anarchy 2 was a Super Nintendo game that never got an official cartridge release; it exists only as a ROM. I believe it was developed by a group called Black Pearl Software, though details are sparse. It came out during a time when the SNES library was full of ambitious, sometimes unfinished, projects.
