About Aladdin (germany)
Capcom's Aladdin came out for the Super Nintendo in 1993, a time when licensed games were a common sight on the system. It was one of two distinct Aladdin games released that year, with this version developed by Capcom instead of Virgin Games.
You control Aladdin directly, running and jumping through Agrabah and the Cave of Wonders. Your main goal is to rescue Princess Jasmine from Jafar, which involves navigating side scrolling levels, fighting guards with your scimitar, and avoiding environmental traps. Two mechanics stand out: you can use a forward thrust attack with your sword for direct combat, and you can also bounce off certain enemies' heads to reach higher platforms.
