The game presents a fictional conflict against a drug cartel in South America, blending strategic command elements with hands-on flight simulation from a first-person perspective.

Players assume the role of a commander who oversees tactical air operations from a strategic map interface. This involves ordering reconnaissance flights and gathering intelligence from allied ground forces to identify enemy positions. Once sufficient information is acquired, the player can issue target orders to a squadron of up to four aircraft, which include F-22 fighters and AH-64 attack helicopters. These units will then autonomously attempt to complete their assigned missions. When the player chooses to directly control an aircraft, the perspective shifts to a detailed cockpit view for a first-person flight experience. Piloting through jungle environments, the player engages in air-to-air and air-to-ground combat against mercenary forces while pursuing specific objectives to dismantle the cartel's operations.
