About Action Pachio (japan)
Action Pachio came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1993, developed by KID. It was part of that wave of early 90s platformers that tried to stand out with a unique character and some specific gimmicks.
You control a white, spherical creature named Pachio, navigating a series of side scrolling levels. Your main goal is simply to get from the start of each stage to the exit, but the challenge comes from the environment itself. You jump across platforms, avoid spikes and enemies, and use Pachio's ability to stick to and climb certain walls and ceilings. The game is methodical rather than fast paced, requiring careful timing to navigate the traps. It feels like a deliberate test of precision and patience.
