Okay, so A Bug's Life on SNES is way better than it has any right to be. You play as Flik, the little ant who just can't stop inventing weird stuff, and honestly? The controls feel surprisingly good for a movie tie-in game. Like, you actually want to jump around collecting berries and dodging those jerk grasshoppers.
The levels are these big, colorful ant-hills and gardens where you're constantly climbing vines, pushing seeds around (weirdly satisfying), and occasionally riding on the back of a ladybug like some tiny insect cowboy. The music's got that classic SNES charm too—all bouncy and cheerful until you hit a thorn patch for the third time.
It's not super hard, but some of the later puzzles make you stop and think for a second. And yeah, it totally nails that Pixar vibe—even the cutscenes look great for a 16-bit game. If you ever rented this as a kid and forgot about it, it holds up way better than you'd expect.
