Phantasy Star - Sennenki No Owari Ni es uno de esos JRPG clásicos que se siente muy por adelantado a su tiempo. You start off in this sci-fi fantasy world with turn-based battles, but what really stands out is the mix of magic and laser guns—like wizards in space armor. The dungeon crawling can get brutal (bring graph paper for some of those mazes), but the story's got this weirdly melancholic vibe that sticks with you.
