Wacky Wheels is a kart racing game released in 1994 for MS-DOS. Developed by Beavis-Soft and published by Apogee Software, the game is presented from a behind-view perspective and blends arcade racing with vehicular combat. Players control one of eight animal characters, including a tiger, panda, shark, cow, zebra, elephant, reindeer, and raccoon, rather than human drivers or licensed vehicles.

Players race on closed tracks, competing against computer-controlled opponents. The primary objective is to finish in first place across a series of races. Progression is structured through completing these races in sequence. Core gameplay systems involve driving the kart around the track while collecting item pickups that function as weapons or bonuses. A separate bonus mode called Wacky Duck Shoot is also included. In this mode, the player selects a zone and controls a character who must shoot as many ducks as possible within a two-minute time limit. This mode uses a different gameplay system focused on aiming and projectile firing, with player performance measured by the total number of ducks eliminated. The game features a soundtrack and sound effects that accompany the on-screen action.
