Ugh! is an arcade flight and platform game released in 1992 for MS-DOS. Developed by EGOSOFT GmbH and published by Play Byte, the game presents a side-view perspective where players control a caveman operating a primitive helicopter taxi.

The player pilots the aircraft to pick up and transport fellow cavemen across a series of platform-based levels. Each stage contains multiple cave entrances, from which passengers emerge and state their desired destination. The core task involves landing the helicopter taxi safely beside a passenger, waiting for them to board, and then flying them to the correct cave. Control of the helicopter is indirect; players must continuously pedal to ascend and stop pedaling to descend. Colliding with walls with too much force or exceeding the time limit for a level results in failure, requiring a restart. To complete a level, a set number of passengers must be successfully delivered.

Gameplay incorporates several systems, including managing a finite energy meter depleted by pedaling. Energy can be restored by picking up rocks, throwing them at trees to knock down fruit, and then collecting the fruit. Certain levels introduce dinosaur adversaries, such as a pterodactyl that flies across the screen and a triceratops that charges the taxi if it lands nearby. The environment also presents hazards, as landing directly on a passenger will cause them to fall into water below, though they can subsequently be rescued.
