Players control Jerry the mouse from a side view perspective. The objective is to navigate through multiple levels set in a house, ultimately reaching the attic to rescue Tuffy. Progression involves running and jumping across platforms while avoiding various environmental obstacles. Jerry can defend himself by throwing marbles at enemies, which include spiders and toy soldiers. He can also enter mouse holes found in the levels, which transport him to different areas.

Throughout the game, Jerry can collect power up items. These items provide benefits such as granting extra lives or increasing the strength of his marble throws. The gameplay focuses on platform navigation, enemy avoidance, and strategic use of the available items and teleportation holes to complete each stage.
