The Crystal Maze is a puzzle solving video game released in 1994 for the MS-Dos platform. It is based on the British television game show of the same name, which aired from 1990 to 1995. The game was developed by Digital Jellyfish Design Ltd and published by Sherston Software Ltd, falling into the genres of game show and licensed title.

Players take on a first person perspective as the leader of a team of six contestants. The objective is to guide this team through a large maze divided into four distinct themed zones: Ocean, Aztec, Medieval, and Futuristic. In each zone, the team must complete a variety of challenges categorized as Physical, Mental, Skill, or Mystery games. Successfully winning a challenge rewards the player with a time crystal, which is worth five seconds of time.

The ultimate goal is to collect as many time crystals as possible throughout the maze. These crystals are crucial for the final stage of the game, known as the Crystal Dome. In this concluding segment, the accumulated time is used in a final challenge where players must gather gold tokens while being buffeted by wind, with their success directly tied to the time bank they have built.
