Super Sonic In Sonic 3d Game

Ever wanted to go full Super Sonic in Sonic 3D Blast on the Genesis? Yeah, me too—turns out it’s actually possible, though you’ve gotta work for it. First, you’ll need to hunt down all those Chaos Emeralds (good luck with those special stages—they’re janky in the best way). Once you’ve got ‘em, hold down the jump button after hitting 50 rings, and boom: golden hedgehog mode activated.
It’s not as smooth as later games—you still bump into walls like a drunk raccoon—but there’s something hilarious about watching Sonic zip through those isometric levels at warp speed while the camera struggles to keep up. Just don’t expect it to make the game easy. Those bird robots still don’t care if you’re glowing.
Honestly, half the fun is seeing how long you can keep the transformation before faceplanting into a spike pit.
