Super Hero Girls: Flight School is one of those simple-but-addicting side-scrollers where you're just trying not to faceplant while grabbing coins. You play as one of the DC hero girls—I usually go with Batgirl because her glide feels smoother—and hop between rooftops, dodging traffic signs and random obstacles. The controls are tap-and-hold: tap to jump, hold to float a bit longer. Sounds easy until you misjudge a landing and eat pavement.

What I like is that the coins actually matter—you use them to unlock new costumes, and some of them change your character's abilities slightly. The first time I played, I blew all my coins on Wonder Woman's tiara before realizing Zatanna's hat gives you a tiny speed boost. Lesson learned.

It's the kind of game you open for a quick round and suddenly realize you've been grinding for 20 minutes trying to beat your own high score.
