Sonic Classics (usa, Europe) (v1.1) Game

Ah, Sonic Classics—basically the holy trinity of early '90s speedrunning nostalgia. You get the original Sonic the Hedgehog (still punishing if you don’t know the shortcuts), Sonic 2 (where Tails shows up and somehow manages to drown in every water level), and Sonic CD (time travel gimmick, killer soundtrack).
It’s one of those cartridges that feels like cheating—three games in one, no swapping needed. The physics are just slightly off from the standalone releases, though, so if you’re used to the originals, you might eat a badnik or two adjusting. Still, having all three in one place is worth the occasional weird jump arc.
Perfect for when you want to blast through Green Hill Zone at 3 AM and pretend you’re 10 again.
