Sonic 3d Blast Game

Okay, so Sonic 3D Blast is that weird middle child of the Genesis era—it’s got Sonic, but not like you remember. Instead of the usual side-scrolling chaos, you’re running around isometric levels collecting these little bird creatures (Flickies, because Sega loves weird names). The controls take a second to get used to—everything’s sort of diagonal, and Sonic handles like he’s on ice sometimes.
But once you adjust, there’s something oddly satisfying about the way the levels twist and turn. The music slaps, though—those Genesis sound chips never disappoint. Just don’t go in expecting the speed of the classics; it’s more about exploration than going fast. Still, if you’re into retro oddities, it’s got charm.
