Okay, so this one's for the little engineers-in-training. You start in Rusty's junkyard, where you've got all these random parts—gears, pipes, weird-looking gadgets—and you gotta slap them together to build a go-kart. The controls are simple enough that my nephew figured it out in like two minutes, but there's something weirdly satisfying about watching your Frankenstein creation actually work.

Once you've cobbled something together (and yes, it will look ridiculous at first), you take it for a spin on these short obstacle courses. The physics are just janky enough to make crashes hilarious, but not so broken that it feels unfair. My favorite part? When you realize halfway through a race that your design is terrible, so you go back and swap out the wobbly wheels for something sturdier. It's got that trial-and-error charm.

Definitely one of those games where kids will spend more time tinkering than actually racing.
