Realms of Chaos is a side-view action game released for MS-DOS in 1995. It was developed by Apogee Software, Ltd. and published by Beaucomm Interactive. The game follows the warrior Endrick and the sorceress Elandra, a brother and sister duo, as they embark on a journey across the fantasy world of Mysteria.

Players control the two characters through twenty-six levels, which are organized into three distinct episodes. The primary objective is to locate the source of a corrupting shadow that has overtaken the land and transformed its inhabitants into hostile creatures. Gameplay involves switching between Endrick and Elandra at any time, with each character utilizing a unique combat style. Endrick engages in close-quarters melee combat with a sword, while Elandra attacks from a distance by casting fireballs, which consumes a supply of collectible gems. Both characters possess separate health bars, and the death of either one requires the player to restart the current level. Progression is linear, with players navigating through the stages, defeating enemies, and overcoming environmental obstacles to advance the story.
