Paganitzu is a puzzle game with action elements released for MS-DOS in 1991. It was published by Digital Horizons and is presented from a top-down perspective. The game is structured into three distinct episodes, with the first initially distributed as shareware.

Players control the character Alabama Smith, navigating through a series of individual rooms that each function as a self-contained puzzle. The primary objective in the first two episodes is to collect all keys within a level to unlock an exit door, while the third episode shifts focus to reaching a specific statue. Progression involves avoiding hazards like monsters, snakes, spiders, and environmental traps. Key gameplay systems include manipulating the environment by pushing rocks to create paths or transform hazardous terrain, and uncovering dirt or hidden walls to reveal secret passages and collectible treasures. Each of the three episodes introduces different puzzle configurations and enemy types.

The game contains twenty levels per episode, with the third episode including an additional playable level and several secret levels from a related title. Players can gather gems and treasures for points, with bonus points awarded for discovering secret areas and completing rooms quickly. The full experience was available through purchasing the latter two episodes, and a separate printed solution guide was also offered for sale.
