Overdrive is a top-down racing game released for MS-DOS in 1995. Developed by Psionic Systems and published by Team17 Software Limited, it falls into the arcade and off-road driving genres. The game is a conversion of a 1993 Amiga title, presenting players with a selection of vehicles including 4x4s, buggies, and various racing cars.

Players control one of these vehicles across approximately twenty courses set across five distinct terrain types. The primary objective is to race and finish ahead of opponents on tracks that feature tight corners and obstacles. Gameplay involves navigating these courses with an emphasis on speed and handling, supported by a two-player mode for competitive racing.
