Operation Frog is an educational simulation game released in 1992 for the MS-DOS platform. Players engage with the frog's internal systems through two primary modes: Dissect and Reconstruct. In Dissect mode, the objective is to methodically open the frog's body and extract its various organs using a set of provided tools. Players can select either a male or female frog model from the References section before beginning.

A probe offers contextual hints, indicating where to cut during dissection or suggesting the next organ to place during reconstruction. This information is also accessible at any time through a separate Frog File Index, and an OptiFrog section displays a reference diagram of the organ arrangement.
