NBA Live 95 is a basketball simulation game released in 1995 for the MS-DOS platform. Developed by Hitmen Productions and published by Electronic Arts, it represents the first entry in the NBA Live series on PC. The game features the complete roster of players from the 1994-1995 NBA season, including the Eastern and Western Conference All-Star teams, and is presented from a bird's-eye view perspective during gameplay.

Players control a full basketball team, managing both on-court action and off-court team composition. The primary objective is to win games through standard basketball rules, with the ability to adjust various settings such as quarter length and play style. A key feature is the General Manager mode, which allows for the management of over 300 players, including tracking statistics, comparing teams and players side by side, and executing trades across the league. Gameplay systems include real-time match simulation with audio elements like crowd noise and on-court sounds, and the presentation incorporates full motion video for certain plays.

The game introduced several customization options for its time, including the ability to create entirely fictional teams, duplicate existing players, and use a Create-a-Player function to design custom athletes. It also holds a specific place in basketball gaming history as the first official NBA simulation not to include player Charles Barkley due to licensing disagreements. Technical options for the DOS version include a choice between two graphics resolutions and support for keyboard, mouse, or joystick input controls.
