Ms Pac PC is an arcade style video game released in 1995 for the MS-DOS platform. The game presents a top-down view of a maze and follows the established conventions of the Pac-Man series. Players control the character Ms. Pac-Man as she navigates through a series of labyrinthine stages.

The primary objective is to guide Ms. Pac-Man through the maze to consume all of the small dots scattered along the pathways. While moving, the player must avoid contact with several colored ghosts that patrol the area, as touching them ends the current life. To aid in this task, players can collect special items, typically larger dots or fruit, that appear in the maze. Collecting these items provides temporary abilities, such as allowing Ms. Pac-Man to eat the ghosts for a short period for bonus points. Gameplay progresses through successive levels, or boards, which repeat with increasing difficulty after the dots on each screen are cleared.
