Progression is measured through a scoring system that awards points for each successful shot fired and for the total time survived during a session.

Gameplay involves maneuvering the spacecraft, which includes adjusting speed and changing direction. A scanner display provides information about the direction and distance of nearby threats. A separate shield meter indicates the vehicle's durability; if this shield is depleted to zero, the player's craft is destroyed, ending the session. Managing these systems while engaging enemies forms the core interactive loop of the experience.
