Mission 3 Ultimate Challenge is an expansion for the first-person shooter Spear of Destiny. It was released in 1994 for MS-DOS by FormGen, Inc., which acted as both developer and publisher. This content was distributed as a standalone floppy disk and was also included in a later compilation known as the Spear of Destiny Super CD pack.

In this add-on, the player resumes the role of B.J. Blazkowicz, the protagonist from the base game, to complete a final series of missions. The objective is to progress through 21 new levels set within a new atomic research laboratory established by Adolf Hitler, concluding the game's narrative. Gameplay involves navigating maze-like environments from a first-person perspective, engaging in real-time combat against enemy soldiers and guard dogs, and searching for keys to unlock doors. Players manage health, ammunition, and collected weapons while exploring for secrets, with certain visual cues like crushed rats sometimes indicating hidden passages. The expansion introduces new enemy sprites and additional collectible items throughout its levels.

The package included printed maps for each of the game's levels. This mission disk features updated audio and graphical assets compared to the original Spear of Destiny release. It is noted that the original creators of Spear of Destiny, id Software, were not involved in the development or production of this specific expansion.
