The player assumes the role of a commander in charge of a heavily modified and experimental B-52 bomber, known as the Megafortress. This aircraft is equipped with advanced weaponry and stealth systems. The primary objective is to complete a series of missions, with the campaign largely set in Iraq. One mission also involves a flight into the territory of the former Soviet Union, mirroring an event from the source novel.
