Max Steel: N-Tek Invasion is a short but fun little action game where you play as a custom hero—basically your own version of Max Steel. You start by picking your avatar (I went with the armored look, but there are a few options), then jump straight into blasting through waves of enemies.

The first level throws you right into the action—you’ve got a basic gun, some dodgy enemies, and a timer ticking down. It’s simple at first, but by level two, you’re unlocking new weapons and upgrades. I messed up my first run by spending all my credits on a flamethrower instead of armor, so… learn from my mistakes.

Morphos is the big bad at the end, and honestly? Took me a few tries to beat him. The game’s only four levels, so it’s quick, but the upgrades make replaying kinda satisfying. If you’re into fast-paced shooters with a bit of customization, this one’s a decent time-killer.
