Llamatron: 2112 is a top-down arcade shooter released in 1991 for MS-DOS. The game was developed and published by Llamasoft Ltd. It is structured as a fast-paced action game where players control a character from an overhead perspective.

The player controls a llama character with a weapon that fires automatically. The primary objectives are to eliminate all enemy creatures on each level and to rescue a number of sheep, which represent innocent bystanders. Movement and aiming are controlled separately; the character shoots in the direction it faces, but holding the fire button locks the weapon's aim, allowing the player to maneuver independently while maintaining a fixed line of fire. The game presents various power-ups throughout its one hundred levels to aid the player. Once all levels are completed, the sequence loops back to the beginning. Enemy types include a variety of monsters, with one notable regular adversary being a marauding Mandelbrot Set. The game also includes a two-player mode for cooperative play.
