Liverpool: The Computer Game is a licensed football simulation released in 1992 for the MS-DOS platform. Developed by Arc Developments and published by Grandslam Video Ltd., the title focuses exclusively on the Liverpool Football Club of the early 1990s. The game presents its matches from a bird's eye perspective, utilizing a third-person 3D view that zooms in on a detailed portion of the pitch while a separate scanner display shows the positions of all players across the entire field.

Players control the Liverpool team across several modes, including a full season, single matches, two-player friendlies, or an FA Cup tournament. Before a match, users can select the team's formation and lineup from player profiles, though the players share identical in-game models. Control during play automatically shifts to the Liverpool player nearest the ball, a change initiated by pressing the fire button. Basic ball handling is simplified, with the ball tending to stay close to a player's feet. Passing is performed with a one-touch system, where pressing fire as the ball arrives sends it in the direction indicated by the joystick. The game also includes an optional aftertouch feature for influencing the ball's trajectory after it has been kicked.
