Lamborghini American Challenge is an arcade-style racing game released for MS-DOS in 1992, developed and published by Titus France SA. It is a follow-up to Crazy Cars III, introducing a two-player mode and additional options. The game is presented from a behind-the-vehicle perspective and features a jazz fusion soundtrack.

Players begin with a basic Lamborghini and a limited budget, with the objective of advancing through four racing divisions by competing on sixty tracks across the United States. Each division features twenty rival championship drivers, with up to three participating in any given race alongside local traffic and police vehicles. Progression requires earning money from race winnings and strategic betting against other drivers, which is used to pay entry fees and purchase vehicle upgrades such as improved tires, engine components, nitro boosts, and radar jammers.

The racing environment includes Sunday drivers moving at standard speeds and police patrols that monitor for excessive speed. Exceeding 110 km/h in areas with police presence can trigger a pursuit, where officers attempt to force the player's car off the road. Players can choose to continue racing while managing accumulating damage or pull over to accept a fine and a penalty to their race points. To advance to a higher division, players must complete a timed Divisional Challenge, for which they purchase a set of three passes allowing limited attempts.
