Black Dragon Blitz is one of those old-school beat 'em ups that just gets it right. You play as Jack or Milton, kicking and punching your way through waves of ninjas to rescue Bobby Wasabi—who, let's be honest, probably got himself kidnapped by showing off again.

The controls are simple but satisfying: space bar for attacks, arrows to move. Hold space for a screen-clearing special move (use it wisely—you only get one per level). What I love is how weighty the punches feel, especially when you chain combos or nail a perfect disk throw across the screen.

Boss fights are the highlight—each one forces you to mix up your strategy instead of just button-mashing. And between levels, you’ll free captured students who... honestly don’t seem that grateful considering you just saved their lives. Still, it’s a solid little brawler with just enough depth to keep you hooked. Grab a friend if you can—everything’s better with co-op chaos.
