KGB is a first-person point and click adventure game released for MS-DOS in 1992. It was developed by Cryo Interactive Entertainment and published by Virgin Games, Inc. The narrative is set in August 1991, during the final days of the Soviet Union, and casts the player as KGB officer Maksim Rukov, who has been transferred to a new internal affairs unit known as Department P.

Players navigate the game world through a pseudo first-person perspective, interacting with environments and characters using a cursor-based interface. The primary objective is to investigate corruption within the KGB and identify potential traitors, progressing through a linear story structured into distinct chapters. Key gameplay systems include collecting and using items to solve puzzles, engaging in dialogue with non-player characters to gather information, and making narrative choices that influence the plot. A notable feature allows players to rewind to the start of a chapter to correct previous decisions, providing a method to alter the course of the investigation without restarting the entire game.

Following its initial release, the game was reissued in an enhanced CD-ROM edition. This version incorporated new full-motion video sequences featuring actor Donald Sutherland in the role of Rukov's father, who offers guidance and clues throughout the story. For this re-release, the game was also given the alternative title Conspiracy, though the core gameplay and narrative remained consistent with the original.
