Players control a government agent tasked with defusing explosives called TechnoBombs on Saturn. The character is equipped with jet boots that enable jumping and upward propulsion, which are used to navigate platforms, ladders, and ropes. The primary objective on each level is to collect all bombs, which then allows progression to the next stage. This action can sometimes trigger environmental changes, such as collapsing floors or activating robotic enemies, requiring constant awareness of the surroundings.

Gameplay involves maneuvering through multi-screen levels while avoiding hazards and adversaries. The structure includes multiple difficulty settings and supports simultaneous play for up to four participants. Additional features provide options to jump to a random level, and the included editor allows for the creation of custom stages. The experience focuses on precise movement and timing within a futuristic obstacle course.
