Jill of the Jungle: Jill Goes Underground is a platform game released for MS-DOS in 1992. It was developed and published by Epic MegaGames, Inc. and represents the second installment in the Jill of the Jungle trilogy. The game presents its action from a third-person, side-view perspective.

Players control the character Jill as she ventures into Montezuma's castle and the underground areas beneath it. The primary objective is to navigate through a series of levels to rescue a prince. Gameplay involves running and jumping across platforms while avoiding environmental hazards such as spikes and enemies that breathe fire. A key gameplay system allows Jill to transform into various creatures, each granting different abilities to overcome obstacles. In her standard human form, her only means of attack is a knife. Progression is linear, moving from one stage to the next as players master the platforming challenges.

The game features entirely new levels and a completely original musical soundtrack composed for this entry. The music was created using AdLib Visual Composer and converted into the game's required format. This sequel's audio and visual elements were distinct from the first game, with updated graphics and refined animation. The levels and music from Jill Goes Underground were later incorporated into subsequent titles from the same developer.
