International Sensible Soccer is a soccer simulation game released in 1994 for the MS-DOS platform. It was developed by Sensible Software and published by Renegade Software. The title coincided with the 1994 FIFA World Cup and marked the first entry in the Sensible Soccer series to include national teams from outside Europe.

Players control a soccer team from a top-down perspective, managing small player sprites on a rectangular pitch. The primary objective is to compete in matches, with a central feature being a complete World Cup tournament mode. This mode allows users to customize the 24 participating teams, a function that enabled players to include nations that did not qualify for the actual 1994 event. Core gameplay involves passing and shooting with an emphasis on loose, fluid ball control, maintaining the series' established mechanics. Progression is structured around winning matches to advance through tournament stages or friendly competitions.

The game introduced an on-screen referee, a new visual element for the series. Team data for club sides was updated from earlier versions to reflect player transfers and changes in kit designs. The overall presentation and control scheme remained consistent with previous editions, focusing on fast-paced, accessible soccer action from an overhead view.
