Horké léto, also known as Hot Summer, is a point and click adventure game released in 1998 for the MS-DOS platform. It was developed by Maxon and published by JRC Interactive, serving as the first installment in a trilogy. The game is presented from a third person perspective and features all characters voiced by the Czech comedian and impersonator Zdeněk Izer.

The player controls Honza Majer, a teenager whose family travels to a Pacific island for his father's botanical research. After the rest of his family is kidnapped by cannibals, the primary objective is to explore the island, gather items, and solve puzzles to rescue them. Gameplay involves navigating static screens, interacting with the environment and characters through a cursor based interface, and managing an inventory of collected objects to progress. A central system involves engaging in dialogue with various island inhabitants, which advances the narrative and provides clues. The structure is linear, with progression dependent on solving specific logical puzzles and using items in the correct context to overcome obstacles.
