Guilty is a science fiction graphic adventure game released in 1995 for MS-DOS. Developed by Divide By Zero, Ltd. and published by Psygnosis Limited, it is a sequel to the earlier title Innocent Until Caught. The game presents its narrative and environments from a third person perspective, utilizing a point and click interface centered on icon based interactions.

Players control one of two protagonists: Jack T. Ladd, a thief, or Ysanne Andropath, a police officer. Following a shared introductory sequence, the player selects a character and embarks on an adventure to resolve a galactic crisis. The core gameplay involves navigating various planets and spacecraft, collecting items, and conversing with non player characters to gather information. Progression is structured around solving environmental puzzles, which are unique to each character despite often sharing locations. For instance, in one scenario Ysanne may work to halt a military advance while Jack attempts to retrieve a stolen piece of technology from the same area. The two characters occasionally must cooperate to overcome specific obstacles, though the majority of the adventure is played separately.

The game interface is an updated version of the system used in its predecessor. Space travel between locations is depicted with rendered cinematic sequences showing spacecraft landings and departures. A primary gameplay system involves using a set of command icons to examine the environment, manipulate objects, and engage in dialogue. The CD release of the game includes full voice acting for the two main characters, adding spoken dialogue to their interactions and puzzle solving.
