Duke it out in D.C. is an expansion for the first-person shooter Duke Nukem 3D, released in 1997 for MS-DOS. Developed by Sunstorm Interactive and published by WizardWorks Group, this add-on episode transports the action to Washington D.C., where players once again assume the role of Duke Nukem.

The player controls Duke Nukem through a campaign set across the alien-invaded capital. The primary objective is to rescue the captured President by fighting through hostile forces and navigating the devastated city. The expansion consists of nine new levels plus one secret level, with progression following Duke's mission to eliminate the alien threat and restore order. Gameplay involves navigating expansive, often non-linear environments based on famous Washington D.C. landmarks, engaging in ranged combat against various enemies, and searching for key items to advance.

Level design encourages exploration of the detailed settings, with players utilizing Duke's arsenal of weapons to overcome adversaries. The structure maintains the core mechanics of the original game, including interaction with the environment and managing resources like health and ammunition.
