Diggers is a puzzle game released in 1994 for MS-DOS, developed and published by Millennium Interactive Ltd. The game presents a third-person perspective and tasks players with managing a team of alien miners on the planet Zarg, where four distinct clans compete for resources.

Players control a team of five miners, selected from one of four available clans, each with unique traits. The Habbish dig quickly but are impatient, the Grablins are the fastest diggers, the Quarriors are slow but strong in combat, and the F'Targs have rapid health regeneration. The primary objective is to gather enough treasure and sell it to raise a required amount of money before advancing to the next excavation area. Progression is structured through these discrete levels, with a new set of five miners provided at the start of each one.

Gameplay involves directing miners by selecting them and issuing commands, such as digging or using gadgets, through an on-screen icon menu. Players must manage their resources by teleporting miners to a trading post to sell collected gems and ores for fluctuating prices. Funds can be used to purchase special tools like dynamite, automated drills, and bridge components from a shop. While miners are expendable and can be lost in encounters or hazards, each loss incurs a financial penalty, adding a layer of resource management to the puzzle-solving mechanics.
