Upon arriving at a destination, Tracy exits the vehicle to enter buildings, shifting the gameplay to a side scrolling perspective. Inside, players engage in combat, using punches and an assortment of weapons to defeat armed gangsters while avoiding harm to unarmed civilians. Progression requires collecting clues within each stage, which ultimately lead to confrontations with mob bosses. The game is divided into five cases, each solved by gathering all related clues and arresting the corresponding suspect.
