Okay, so this is one of those weird ROM hacks where someone replaced Sonic with Chip McCallahan—yeah, the guy from Road Chip—and just plopped him into Sonic 2. It’s exactly as janky as it sounds. You’re still running through Green Hill Zone, but now you’ve got this awkwardly animated human sprite awkwardly spin-dashing into badniks. The physics feel off, like Chip’s hitbox wasn’t properly adjusted, so you’ll randomly faceplant into spikes that should’ve been avoidable. Honestly, it’s more funny than functional, but if you’re into bizarre mods, it’s a novelty for about five minutes. The music’s still classic Sonic 2, at least.
