Blood: Plasma Pak is an expansion pack for the first-person shooter Blood, released in 1997 for MS-DOS. Developed by Monolith Productions and published by GT Interactive Software Corp., this official add-on introduces new content to the base game, including additional levels, enemies, and gameplay options.

Players resume control of Caleb, the protagonist, as he continues his conflict against the Cabal in a new nine-level episode titled "Post Mortem." This episode is set after the events of the original game and forms the core of the expansion. Gameplay involves navigating through these levels, which are structured similarly to the main game, engaging in combat against both familiar foes and newly introduced enemy types. Key additions include several new monsters, such as the Ackolyte and the Chrysalid Pod, and two new alternate firing modes for existing weapons. A notable change allows the Tesla Cannon to be used with the Guns Akimbo power-up. The expansion also integrates three new maps designed for the multiplayer "Bloodbath" mode and includes various technical fixes.

Installing Plasma Pak modifies the base Blood game, enabling the new weapon functionalities to be used in the original campaign and with the separate Cryptic Passage expansion. However, the new monster types are exclusive to the "Post Mortem" episode and do not appear in earlier content. The expansion focuses on providing additional scenarios and tools for combat without altering the fundamental first-person shooter mechanics of exploration, resource management, and enemy engagement established in Blood.
