Biprolex Plus is a puzzle game released in 1997 for MS-DOS systems. It was developed and published by K-D Lab. The game combines mechanics from block-stacking and ball-bouncing arcade titles into a single competitive experience.

The player controls two distinct entities during gameplay. At the top of the screen, the player directs Tetlix, which emits falling blocks in the style of tile-matching games. At the bottom, the player controls Acarlex, a paddle used to bounce a ball upward in the manner of brick-breaking games. The core objective is to defeat the opposing entity, which is typically controlled by the computer. This can be achieved by either hitting the opponent directly with a block or ball, or by collecting all the special glowing blocks that appear in the playfield. The game features over fifty levels, and each level is played twice, once from the perspective of each entity. Progression involves clearing these levels while managing the simultaneous demands of block placement and ball deflection.

Gameplay systems focus on this dual control scheme, requiring players to alternate their attention between launching blocks from above and ricocheting a ball from below. The game supports a multiplayer mode where two players can compete against each other. The structure presents a series of discrete stages where the layout of standard and special blocks changes, introducing varied challenges for both entities.
