Apache is a combat flight simulator released in 1995 for MS-DOS, with a subsequent Windows 9x version in 1996. The game was developed by Digital Integration Ltd. and published by Interactive Magic, Inc. It places players in the cockpit of an AH-64 Apache attack helicopter, presenting missions from a first-person perspective.

Players pilot the helicopter across four distinct combat theaters, each containing a series of objective-based missions. The core gameplay is simulation-focused, requiring management of the aircraft's systems and weapons to engage a variety of enemy forces. These threats include Russian tanks, anti-aircraft emplacements, surface-to-air missile sites, and opposing aircraft. Mission progression is linear, with success in one mission typically unlocking the next in the campaign.

For those less familiar with flight simulators, the game offers an alternative arcade-style flight model with simplified controls and flight physics. A dedicated training mode is also provided to familiarize players with the helicopter's handling and combat systems.
