Airlines is a managerial simulation game released in 1994 for the MS-DOS platform. It was developed and published by Interactivision A/S. The game places players in the role of a chief executive who begins with full ownership of a fledgling airline corporation.

Players control the company's financial and operational decisions, starting with a capital of several million dollars. The primary activity involves purchasing aircraft, which vary in attributes such as price, range, and passenger capacity. Using a world map interface, players establish flight routes, set ticket prices, and assign loads, which can consist of passengers or cargo. Progression is measured through the company's financial health and expansion, requiring management of the balance sheet and occasional stock sales to address monetary shortfalls.

The simulation automates routine flight operations, allowing the player to focus on strategic planning. Gameplay consists largely of interacting with the world map and reviewing various statistical reports. Occasional random events, including labor strikes or fuel price crises, interrupt the standard management cycle and require direct player intervention to resolve.
