Tom and Jerry Falling Ice is one of those classic Flash games that’s stupidly simple but weirdly addictive. You control Tom (yep, the cat) as he dodges an endless barrage of snowballs falling from the sky—because apparently, Jerry’s got some serious winter warfare skills.

The controls are just arrow keys, but don’t let that fool you. At first, it feels easy, like you could dodge forever. Then the snowballs start coming faster, and suddenly you’re zigzagging like a maniac, barely avoiding disaster. Points rack up the longer you survive, but one wrong move and—boom—Tom’s flattened.

It’s the kind of game you play for five minutes and end up stuck on for half an hour, muttering “one more try” every time you get squashed. The pixelated chaos is oddly charming, even when you lose.
