Scooby Doo Games: Ghouly Grooves Game

Alright, so Ghouly Grooves is basically Scooby-Doo meets Guitar Hero, and it's way more fun than it has any right to be. You pick a song—country, rock, even some weird dance remixes—and then tap keys in time with the music while the gang jams out in the Mystery Machine. Miss too many notes and Shaggy gives you this disappointed look that’s honestly worse than failing.
The songs are surprisingly catchy, and the art style nails that classic Scooby vibe. I went for the hard rock track first because, well, of course I did, and it actually took me a few tries to not completely embarrass myself. The alt-rock one’s got a weirdly good riff, though—didn’t expect that from a game where Scooby’s playing air guitar.
It’s simple, but in that way where you keep saying “one more try” until you realize you’ve been at it for half an hour. If you’ve ever wanted to see Velma shred on a keytar, this is your chance.
