The timing's everything: you wait for the swinging logs or falling rocks to clear, then hit space (or tap) to send him sprinting. Miss the window, and... well, let's just say he doesn't stick the landing.

It's one of those games where you fail a bunch at first, then suddenly get into a rhythm. The mines get darker as you go, and the obstacles speed up just enough to keep you on your toes. Not gonna lie, I may have yelled "Ruh-roh!" at my screen a few times.
